Mood:
Today is my day. I'm kicking my work-out up a notch! I've been getting by twice a week but this "baby" weight isn't budging anymore so it's time to kick it in the *@#!!!!
I'm working out 4x times a week starting today and adding another two miles to my daily walk (I'll be walking 4.5 miles a day now). I'll be 30 in 2 1/2 months and I want to be a healthy 30 mother of 2!
